Suspended Athletics Kenya president, Isaiah Kiplagat is dead. He died on Wednesday morning
after a long illness, the family said.
In 2015, IAAF
Ethics Commission suspended Mr. Kiplagat together with Mr David Okeyo and Mr
Joseph Kinyua from any IAAF or Athletics Kenya position pending investigation
of complaints made against them.
