Kenya's leading telecommunication company Safaricom is set to hire 600 new customer care executives starting this month.
CEO Bob Collymore made the announcement on Friday saying that the new staff will be deployed in various major towns across Kenya.
The addition of 600 staff in line with the company's a strategic move aimed at being “more responsive to customer’s needs”, with the CEO admitting that in the past they have not been providing excellent customer care services.

The vacant posts were advertised on their website Safaricom.co.ke/careers. Recruitment is currently ongoing and application deadline is Friday, September 9th 2016.
