IS SONKO NO. 3 AFTER UHURU, RUTO? ORDER OF SENIORITY IN KENYA

Nairobi senator Mike Sonko has declared himself the acting president since the president and his deputy are both out of the country.
It was during the burial of the late Dolamu Henry Oduwole, husband to former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti that Sonko demanded to address mourners claiming to be the third in command after President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto.
But, is the Nairobi senator really the third in command as he claims?
